We built this white halogen lamp for engineers who need a heat source that’s compact, intense, and ready to work. It’s a quartz-tube halogen heater, made to give you steady, controllable heat in tight spots—exactly where you need to keep temperatures locked in.

The Specs, Straight Up

It runs at 400V and 2500W, packed into a 300mm tube. That power density is the reason it heats up fast in a small footprint. The 300mm length gives you a clean, defined heat zone that fits standard machine openings without forcing you to redesign everything. You get quick response and stable output. But—and this matters—packing this much power into such a small space means your machine’s cooling and thermal management need to be up to the task. Plan for it.

What It’s Made Of

The tube is quartz, because it stays steady at high temps and handles thermal shock without blinking. The white halogen coating? Not just for looks. It helps shape the infrared output and cuts down on wasted radiant heat, so the temperature stays even across the target. And we topped it off with an R7s connector, so it drops straight into what you already have. No adapter harness. Just line it up and clamp it down.

Where It Shines

Use it whenever you need focused, high-temperature heating—plastics processing, sealing, curing, or retrofitting ovens and machines.
