We use this because it doesn&amp;rsquo;t freak out when the temperature swings wildly—it won&amp;rsquo;t crack under thermal shock.&#xA;Inside, there&amp;rsquo;s a halogen cycle going on. It basically pushes the tungsten back onto the filament so it doesn&amp;rsquo;t thin out and snap too soon. Since the quartz is so clear, the infrared energy shoots &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;straight&lt;/a&gt; through and hits the plastic. No wasted heat.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Fitting them into your line&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;These are designed to be simple drop-in replacements for most standard PET ovens. They get up to speed quickly, which is a lifesaver when you&amp;rsquo;re pushing for high-speed production.&#xA;Just keep one thing in mind: 2000W in such a small space creates a lot of intense heat.**Check your cooling fans.**If they aren&amp;rsquo;t humming along perfectly, your lamp sockets could literally melt.&#xA;If the air isn&amp;rsquo;t moving, the lamps won&amp;rsquo;t last.
